These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Innr Lighting B.V., including without limitation www.innr.com and related domains (collectively, the “Website”), as well as any related digital content, software applications and online services provided by Innr (together, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website or Services.

1. About Innr
The Website and Services are operated by Innr Lighting B.V., a company established in The Netherlands. Further company and contact details are available in the Legal Notice and Contact Information sections of this Website.

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Website or Services, creating an account, downloading or using the Innr mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other written policies published on this Website.

3. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the Website, the App, digital services and user-generated content.
They do not govern the purchase of physical products, which is subject to separate policies and mandatory consumer law.

Certain Innr products contain embedded software or firmware that is necessary for the product to function.
The provisions in these Terms relating to such software apply solely to the use of that software and do not regulate the sale, ownership or conformity of the physical product itself.

Such software forms an integral part of the product and may be subject to updates, including security, compatibility or reliability updates, where required by applicable law.

4. Changes
Innr may update these Terms and the Services from time to time. Mandatory EU consumer and data rights, including the EU Data Act, are not limited by these Terms.

5. Availability and Intended Use
The Services are intended for non-time-critical use. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

6. User Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Innr a limited license to use it for operating and improving the Services.

7. Privacy and Data
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Product-related data rights are further explained in the Data Notice for Innr Zigbee Products.

8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Governing Law
Dutch law applies. EU consumers may bring claims in their country of residence.
